Creating websites for the classroom is a great way for your students to show/demonstrate what they have learned!   Assigning websites to your students to create, personalize and publish will give them one more way to show what they have learned in a real world, authentic assessment.

Website are a great way to turn data, numbers and complex information into visually appealing easy to grasp ideas using visual graphics and text.  It is a great place for students and teachers to showcase what they learned for research reports and presentations.  They can also be used for semester or year long portfolios,  detailed visual resume, create a positive digital footprint, central hub of information, showcase achievements, ownership of content, digital world skills, student creativity and  create digital escape rooms!
